History

We have been fortunate to be given or fall upon a number of photographs of the building from its glory days. Having restored the building for modern living we believe that we have saved the building for another hundred years.
We are grateful to everyone that helped in this effort and we hope that you will come to love the building as we do.

	Of the art deco unit was restored to look like the Robins unit. By 2007 the building was in bas shape. The town council described it as hanging on by it's fingernails. Today it is safe again and one of the most modern 'old' buildings in town, boasting; Energy Efficient Water Efficient Low Outgasing Materials Elevator Access Fire Supression Systems Alarm Systems CATV and Phone Systems Ethernet Harness
